Jim has more than 30 years experience in editing and publishing. He helps authors, associations, marketers, and businesses large and small create content that engages audiences and provides value to meet their various needs. Jim is formerly Publisher and Editor-in-Chief of the business book publisher Maven House Press, the Director of the Center for Business Practices, Publisher and Editor-in-Chief of the Project Management Institute, Publisher and Editor of Fox Pond Communications, and Assistant to the President and Book Editor of Transaction Publishers at Rutgers University.

Jim is a member of the Editorial Freelancers Association, ACES: The Society for Editing, and the Independent Book Publishers Association. He holds a BA in Philosophy from Temple University and an MBA/Technology and Electronic Commerce from West Chester University.

Deborah is an award-winning desktop publisher, editor, and writer. A specialist in technology topics, she was responsible for producing the monthly magazine, Philadelphia Medicine, for the Philadelphia County Medical Society for more than ten years. She also wrote a regular column for the trade newspaper, Desktop Publisher, for five years. Deborah has held various positions at Maven House Press, Fox Pond Communications, Rutgers University, and Jaques Cattell Press (R.R. Bowker)  and holds a BA in Physics from Rutgers University.
